In Casa Fuster 5*GL the Aleia Restaurant is situated on the first floor, in what is known as the ‘noble’ or ‘prime’ area of the hotel, where ambience, location and charm combine to provide the perfect setting for the restaurant.

Aleia Restaurant, awarded a Sol Repsol and a Michelin star, is run by the prestigious five Michelin-starred Chef Paulo Airaudo, who has restaurants in San Sebastian, London and Hong Kong. The restaurant is led by Jerez-born chef Rafa Bedoya, who brings a wealth of experience from world-class restaurants in the Basque Country and Andalusia, as well as the prestigious Celler de Can Roca.
