In Casa Fuster 5*GL the Aleia Restaurant is situated on the first floor, in what is known as the ‘noble’ or ‘prime’ area of the hotel, where ambience, location and charm combine to provide the perfect setting for the restaurant.

Aleia Restaurant, awarded a Sol Repsol and a Michelin star, is run by prestigious five Michelin-starred Chef Paulo Airaudo, who has restaurants in San Sebastian, Hong Kong, Florence, Bogotá and Bangkok. The restaurant is led by Jerez-born chef Rafa Bedoya, who brings a wealth of experience from world-class restaurants in the Basque Country and Andalusia, as well as at none other than Celler de Can Roca.

Aleia Restaurant seeks to offer a unique experience, striking the perfect balance between seasonal products and state-of-the-art culinary techniques.
